Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for proposal-unlock payments.

Profile Activation Fee

The ₹4,999 activation fee is non-refundable once the profile is activated, as it covers verification and listing.

Proposal Unlock — Expiry

If you pay ₹21,999 to unlock a proposal and the other user does not pay within 5 days, the proposal expires and you may choose either option below.

Option 1 — Wallet Credit

• Keep the amount as wallet credit.
• Your next approved proposal unlocks free — no additional ₹21,999 required.

Option 2 — Refund

Request a refund of ₹21,999 minus an admin-configurable platform fee. Refund requests are reviewed in the Admin Panel and processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
